Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join the sales and business development team of a thriving commercial construction contractor. You ll be at the forefront of expanding the company s customer base by engaging with inbound leads conducting outreach campaigns and managing the sales pipeline. The role requires persistence professionalism and excellent communication skills to connect with prospective clients nurture relationships and close opportunities. With a high volume of leads and projects this position offers strong earning potential and career growth within a rapidly expanding organization. Commission structure based on KPIs will be discussed during the interview process.
Responsibilities
Respond to and follow up on inbound leads from company marketing efforts
Conduct research to identify prospective clients and compile target prospect lists
Perform cold outreach via phone and email to potential customers
Set appointments with qualified prospects and manage scheduling
Send quotes and proposals promptly to interested prospects
Conduct thorough follow-up calls and communications throughout the sales cycle
Manage and nurture the sales pipeline from initial contact to closing
Maintain detailed records of all sales activities and customer interactions
Requirements
Excellent English communication skills (critical requirement)
Proven sales experience particularly in B2B environments
Strong follow-up and relationship management abilities
Research skills for lead generation and prospecting
Prompt and responsive communication style
Experience with cold calling and outreach campaigns
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Seasoned sales professional who understands the importance of persistent follow-up
