Your job duties include the following tasks and responsibilities:
- Perform basic qualification of leads and respond to their inquiries that come in via phone call email and chat
Conduct discovery calls with leads and prospective customers. Gather information on current systems project scope budget and decision-making process.
Prepare the necessary presentation materials for client meetings
Provide assistance for solution demonstrations
Draft sales proposals software quotations and related documents in coordination with the Sales Manager
Track progress on assigned opportunities and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
Create contact cards and keep CRM up to date
Assist the Sales Manager with completion of appropriate tasks and providing administrative support as needed
Prepare discovery call notes draft proposals
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree
Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office especially PowerPoint and Excel
Communication: Good verbal and written English-language communication skills
Sharp analytical skills
Knowledge of calendar management in Outlook
Separate workspace at home that is quiet and private (shouldbe a separate room)
Must be able to work from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time (ET)
