Job Description:
Youll be the bridge between customers and quality automotive parts using your mechanical knowledge to match the right components with the right vehicles. Working remotely with cutting-edge internal systems youll participate in daily tender processes that drive the business forward while helping customers find exactly what they need. Responsibilities:
- Quote jobs online using the companys sophisticated internal pricing system
- Participate in daily tender processes by submitting competitive bids on insurance jobs
- Match vehicle parts and components to ensure perfect compatibility between inventory and customer needs
- Verify part numbers and vehicle specifications to prevent costly compatibility errors
- Process inbound job inquiries and deliver accurate timely quotes to customers
- Navigate tagged vehicle inventory to determine appropriate pricing and availability
- Cross-reference frame numbers vendor codes and component specifications before finalizing quotes
- Access and utilize internal systems to retrieve real-time pricing and part information
Requirements:
- Bring solid knowledge of vehicle and mechanical parts including hubs steering racks steering pumps and turbos.
- Familiar with Japanese and European vehicle makes and models.
- Have strong attention to detail for matching part numbers and ensuring vehicle compatibility.
- Can work independently in a remote environment and are proficient with computer systems and online platforms.
- Bonus if you have experience in automotive parts sales or a related industry. It helps if you understand the nuances between different model years and vehicle specifications.
