This is a remote position.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop high-quality designs for print and digital applications
- Create unique logos and brand identities from concept to completion
- Design social media assets ensuring compliance with safe zones and platform specifications
- Interpret and apply strict brand guidelines to maintain consistency across all outputs
- Prepare and export print-ready files to industry standards
- Resize and adapt artwork for multiple formats and platforms
- Maintain organised file structures for easy retrieval and collaboration
- Work closely with the creative team to develop concepts and campaigns
- Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to understand project objectives
- Accept and apply constructive feedback to improve creative outcomes
- Accurately record project time using internal job management software
- Prioritise workload to meet deadlines without compromising quality
- Maintain a high standard of work under tight deadlines
Requirements
- University qualification in Graphic Design or related field
- Minimum 5 years professional industry experience in both print and digital design
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign Photoshop Illustrator)
- Strong typography layout and visual communication skills
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a creative team
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience designing for social media platforms (highly regarded)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Marketing or related field required. 2+ years of experience in marketing administration or data management roles. Proficient in CRM systems, ideally Zoho CRM, with proven experience in data handling, tagging, and segmentation. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and provide actionable insights. Excellent online research capabilities, able to find and organise relevant prospect data efficiently. Attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and integrity. Solid written and verbal English communication skills. Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a remote working environment.
