Job Description
This is a remote position.
Schedule:
Mondays to Fridays from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with 1 hour unpaid break - then flexible schedule after training
Support ongoing project development and redesign projects
Provide design assets for marketing and branding initiatives
Work full-time with close coordination with the in-house team
Participate in regular design reviews and sprint planning sessions
Design and refine user interfaces for web and mobile applications based on brand guidelines and user needs
Create wireframes prototypes and visual mockups to communicate design ideas
Collaborate with developers project managers and stakeholders to ensure a seamless user experience
Conduct user research and usability testing to improve product functionality
Optimize designs for responsiveness accessibility and performance
Requirements
Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role at least 3 years
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma Adobe XD or Sketch
Motion/spline capabilities are an advantage
Understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Please note that since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an Independent Contractor arrangement the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their benefits and taxes. The professional fees are at hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.
