This is a remote position.
Full-time: 8 hours per day following Canadas business hours. Final schedule will be provided once hired.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to homeowners introducing our HVAC solutions and rebate programs
- Educate potential customers on the benefits of energy-efficient heating and cooling systems
- Explain government rebate programs clearly and concisely helping homeowners understand potential savings
- Qualify leads by assessing homeowners needs and eligibility for rebate programs
- Schedule appointments for in-home consultations with our expert technicians
- Overcome objections and address concerns about HVAC upgrades
- Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments in our CRM system
- Meet and exceed daily weekly and monthly performance targets
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine pitches and improve conversion rates
- Communicate with Team Members and Management to ensure smooth workflow.
- Perform other tasks as required and as assigned by Team Lead or Management.

Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English with a clear and friendly phone manner
- Previous experience in cold calling telemarketing or sales preferred
- Passion for energy efficiency and willingness to learn about HVAC systems
- Resilience and ability to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
- Strong computer skills for data entry and proficiency with CRM systems
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Availability to work 40 hours per week with flexibility for evening and weekend shifts
- Comfortable with performance-based incentives and meeting sales targets
- Ability to quickly learn and explain technical information about HVAC systems and rebate programs
