Job Description

This is a remote position.

Full-time: 8 hours per day following Canadas business hours. Final schedule will be provided once hired.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound calls to homeowners introducing our HVAC solutions and rebate programs
  • Educate potential customers on the benefits of energy-efficient heating and cooling systems
  • Explain government rebate programs clearly and concisely helping homeowners understand potential savings
  • Qualify leads by assessing homeowners needs and eligibility for rebate programs
  • Schedule appointments for in-home consultations with our expert technicians
  • Overcome objections and address concerns about HVAC upgrades
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments in our CRM system
  • Meet and exceed daily weekly and monthly performance targets
  • Collaborate with the sales team to refine pitches and improve conversion rates
  • Communicate with Team Members and Management to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Perform other tasks as required and as assigned by Team Lead or Management.
  • Other responsibilities and duties as required and as assigned by Team Lead or Management.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills in English with a clear and friendly phone manner
  • Previous experience in cold calling telemarketing or sales preferred
  • Passion for energy efficiency and willingness to learn about HVAC systems
  • Resilience and ability to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong computer skills for data entry and proficiency with CRM systems
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Availability to work 40 hours per week with flexibility for evening and weekend shifts
  • Comfortable with performance-based incentives and meeting sales targets
  • Ability to quickly learn and explain technical information about HVAC systems and rebate programs
