Job Description
This is a remote position.
Schedule:
- Mondays to Fridays 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
- Client time zone: Any time zone in the USA
Job Overview:
We re seeking a Product and UX/UI Manager to lead the design and delivery of intuitive user-friendly app experiences that balance business goals customer needs and technical capabilities. You ll own the end-to-end product lifecycle from strategy and ideation to prototyping user testing and launch. This role is perfect for someone who s successfully built and scaled apps blending product strategy with hands-on UX/UI execution.

Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Roadmap Define vision priorities and roadmap aligned with app growth objectives.
User Experience Leadership Lead the design of intuitive accessible and visually engaging app interfaces.
UX/UI Design Execution Manage wireframes prototypes and high-fidelity designs for seamless usability.
Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with development marketing and sales teams to bring concepts to life.
User Research & Testing Conduct interviews surveys and usability studies to validate design decisions.
Performance Tracking Define KPIs analyze user behavior and iterate for continuous improvement.
Requirements
Desired Skills & Experience:
Proven Experience: 5 years in Product Management and UX/UI roles (apps or SaaS preferred).
Design Tools: Strong proficiency in Figma Sketch Adobe XD or similar.
Product Tools: Familiarity with Jira Trello or Asana for project tracking.
Methodologies: Solid grasp of Agile Lean UX and Design Thinking frameworks.
Portfolio: Examples of successful B2B or B2C app products with measurable results.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication stakeholder management and decision-making ability.
