Job Title: End User Device Engineering and Executive Support L3 (Mac & Windows)
Location: Fort Worth TX (Onsite from Day 1)
Job Type: Contract
Experience: 10 Years
Work Hours: 9:00 AM 5:00 PM CST 40 hours/week
Role Overview: We are seeking two highly skilled Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)-one specializing in macOS and the other in Windows OS with strong Mobile Device Management (MDM) experience. The ideal candidate will be a Level 3 End User Device Engineer with deep technical expertise and a passion for delivering white-glove executive support.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Technical Support
- Provide hands-on and remote support for Windows/macOS devices (laptops desktops tablets smartphones)
- Resolve executive-level IT incidents with minimal disruption
- Act as the primary IT contact for senior leadership
System Administration & Troubleshooting
- Install configure and maintain Windows 10/11 and macOS systems
- Support Microsoft 365 Adobe Suite Citrix and specialized tools
- Troubleshoot network VPN email printing and video conferencing issues
- Manage mobile devices (iOS/Android) and perform hardware upgrades
Security & Compliance
- Enforce endpoint protection disk encryption and antivirus protocols
- Ensure compliance with enterprise security standards
Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with Network Systems and Security teams
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
Advanced Engineering Duties:
- Lead lifecycle management of Mac and Windows endpoints
- Design and implement automated provisioning (Intune SCCM Jamf Pro)
- Develop standardized configurations and group policies
- Package and deploy applications across platforms
- Automate tasks using PowerShell Bash Python AppleScript
- Monitor performance and optimize device reliability
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5 years in Desktop/IT Support with VIP experience
- Expert-level knowledge of Windows 10/11 and macOS (Ventura Sonoma)
- Strong MDM experience (Intune Jamf Pro Apple DEP)
- Familiarity with ServiceNow Jira and other ticketing systems
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work onsite in Fort Worth TX
