Job Description for Data Entry and Lead Management Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Organize and manage Excel spreadsheets containing thousands of leads
- Perform data enrichment by visiting company websites and copying/pasting relevant information
- Complete incomplete lead lists with accurate contact and company details
- Send pre-written contact form messages through prospect websites
- Maintain organized lead databases to support sales processes
- Follow established workflows for lead processing and data entry
Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in Excel and spreadsheet management
- Excellent attention to detail for data entry tasks
- Ability to navigate websites efficiently and extract relevant information
- Basic understanding of sales lead management processes
- Reliable internet connection and computer setup
- Ability to work independently and follow established procedures
Schedule:
- 40 hours a week
- Monday to Friday 8am to 10am Pacific the rest is flexible
