Total Weekly Hours: 40 hours
Our client is building advanced tools for battery monitoring and data intelligence and is looking for a Philippines-based AI and Machine Learning Developer to join the this role you will help create LLM-powered assistants build IoT data pipelines and develop models that detect anomalies in battery systems already deployed in the field. You will also provide light customer troubleshooting when issues relate to data or model performance.
Responsibilities:
Develop and refine LLMs and RAG-based tools for diagnostics and installer support
Build anomaly detection models for battery and inverter telemetry
Create predictive maintenance indicators and automated alerting systems
Develop and maintain data pipelines for high-frequency IoT data
Collaborate with engineering teams to improve data quality structure and device behavior
Provide light technical troubleshooting for customers related to data or model performance
Requirements:
12 years of experience in machine learning data science or AI engineering
Strong Python skills and familiarity with common ML frameworks
Experience or exposure to LLMs embeddings or RAG workflows
Comfortable working with sensor data IoT streams or time series datasets
Clear communication skills and confidence in a remote work setup
Nice to Have:
Experience with CANbus RS485 RS232 or similar communication protocols
Background working with battery inverter or general energy system data
Familiarity with MLOps tools or cloud platforms
Experience with data visualization or dashboard tools
