Job Summary

This is a remote position.

Schedule: Monday to Friday (excluding NZ & Australia Public Holidays)
Hours: 8:00 AM 11:00 AM & 3:00 PM 6:00 PM (NZST)
Total Weekly Hours: 30 Hours


Our client is seeking a motivated B2B Sales Representative to connect with childcare centers across Australia and New Zealand. This part-time role balances both product and service promotion with clear performance metrics and attractive incentives. You ll be provided with a database full technical support and the opportunity to grow with an organization that values persistence empathy-based selling and measurable results.


Scope
  • Part-time position (30 hours per week) split 50% on product promotion and 50% on service promotion

  • Target 3 5% appointment conversion rate from outbound calls (approx. 3 appointments per day)

  • Work with a pre-established database of childcare centers in AU & NZ

  • Monthly subscription upsell opportunities worth $40 NZD per conversion

  • Performance incentives for successful appointments and closed sales

  • Direct client reporting with regular check-ins and performance reviews

  • 7-day replacement guarantee period followed by a 90-day probationary period

  • Remote work arrangement with computer internet and technical support provided



Responsibilities
  • Conduct 100 outbound calls daily to childcare centers in Australia & New Zealand

  • Navigate gatekeepers (teachers room leaders) to reach owners and decision-makers

  • Build rapport and relationships with childcare professionals using a consultative approach

  • Present and explain both the e-commerce app solution and subscription services

  • Qualify leads set appointments and hand off to the client for further discussions

  • Handle objections and close sales when appropriate particularly subscription upsells

  • Maintain detailed records of all interactions and follow-ups in CRM/spreadsheets

  • Follow up strategically based on prospect availability and interest

  • Collaborate with the client team to optimize appointment handoffs and sales flow



Requirements
  • Proven B2B sales and appointment-setting experience (closing experience preferred)

  • Strong communication skills with a natural conversational approach (not script-heavy)

  • Experience with AU & NZ markets or strong cultural familiarity (preferred)

  • Skilled in empathy-based relationship building and objection handling

  • Experience navigating gatekeepers to connect with decision-makers

  • Comfortable making 100 calls daily with consistent results

  • Proficiency with basic CRM systems spreadsheets and phone systems

  • Highly self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
