Job Description

Residential Projects 

Are you a dynamic marketing leader with a passion for residential real estate and project launches Were seeking a Marketing and Client Relations Director (or Associate Director depending on experience) to join our growing team and play a pivotal role in the next cycle of exciting residential developments.

About the Role

This is a hands-on strategic position where youll lead marketing efforts for new residential projects working closely with clients and internal teams to deliver high-impact campaigns and seamless project launches.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead marketing strategy and execution for residential real estate projects from concept to launch.
  • Act as a primary client contact managing weekly communications and campaign updates.
  • Develop compelling pitch documents and presentations under tight deadlines.
  • Coordinate digital and print media campaigns on-site display suites and event activations.
  • Provide clear guidance to clients on marketing requirements and associated costs.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing Executive for campaign support and execution.
  • Contribute to a wide variety of project tasks with a proactive solutions-focused mindset.

Qualifications :

What Were Looking For

  • Proven experience in residential real estate marketing or exceptional experience in a comparable real estate field.
  • Background in either client-side or agency-side marketing.
  • Strong grasp of marketing principles especially in launching new property developments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant tools for document creation and presentation.
  • Experience with event planning and execution is a plus.
  • A collaborative can-do attitude and willingness to roll up your sleeves.
