Job Title: HR Consultant Culture Transformation & HR Systems Implementation

Contract Type: Fixed-Term Contract (3 6 months renewable based on performance and project needs)
Role Purpose
The HR Consultant will lead the design implementation and embedding of culture transformation initiatives and HR systems for a large multi-location organization. The role will involve working closely with leadership and project stakeholders to align people processes and culture with the organization s strategic aspirations.
Key Responsibilities
Culture Transformation & Change Management
- Co-develop and implement culture transformation strategies that align leadership behaviours systems and processes with the organization s vision.
- Facilitate culture workshops leadership sessions and employee engagement initiatives.
- Support the establishment of recognition frameworks communication campaigns and measurement tools to sustain desired behaviours.
HR Systems & Structures
- Review design and document HR policies procedures and governance frameworks in line with industry best practices and local labour laws.
- Support the deployment of performance management systems including appraisal tools capability building and change enablement.
- Provide recommendations for organizational structure alignment job descriptions and role clarity.
Stakeholder Engagement & Capacity Building
- Partner with internal champions to cascade culture and HR initiatives across all departments and locations.
- Train managers and teams on new processes systems and behavioural expectations.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to leadership on people and culture issues.
Measurement & Sustainability
Develop tools and dashboards to measure engagement performance and cultural adoption.
Recommend sustainability strategies to ensure post-project continuity.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Organizational Development or related field.
Minimum 14 years of progressive HR experience with at least 5 years in culture transformation or change management.
Demonstrated ability to deliver large-scale HR or organizational development projects within defined timelines.
Strong facilitation stakeholder management and project management skills.
Experience working in multi-country or multi-location environments is an advantage.
