Job Description

  • Ensuring Compliance:
    HSE Officers ensure that the organization adheres to all relevant health safety and environmental laws regulations and internal policies.
  • Risk Management:
    They identify potential hazards assess risks and implement measures to mitigate or eliminate them.
  • Safety Policy Implementation:
    They develop implement and maintain safety policies and procedures.
  • Training and Education:
    They provide safety training to employees ensuring they understand and follow safety protocols.
  • Incident Investigation:
    They investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
  • Emergency Response:
    They develop and implement emergency response plans and procedures.
  • Monitoring and Auditing:
    They conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety standards and identify areas for improvement.
  • Reporting and Documentation:
    They prepare reports on safety performance maintain safety records and communicate safety-related information to relevant stakeholders.
  • Promoting a Safety Culture:
    They foster a positive safety culture within the organization by promoting awareness accountability and continuous improvement.


Requirements

REQUIRED SKILLS

Must possess certificate in HSE Supervision and Leadership General HSE Fire Fighting and first Aid. Strong knowledge of safety regulations risk assessment techniques excellent communication analytical skills and attention to details
