Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Creator to join our Marketing and Communications team during their NYSC year. The ideal candidate is passionate about storytelling content creation and digital engagement. This role will play a key part in creating content that showcases Utiva s impact engages our community and drives brand awareness.

Develop and produce engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram LinkedIn Twitter TikTok YouTube etc.).
Write clear compelling and creative copies for posts newsletters blogs and campaigns.
Collaborate with the design team to create graphics videos and other multimedia content.
Assist in planning and executing content calendars aligned with Utiva s brand strategy.
Capture and edit photos/videos during company events and programs.
Research industry trends and competitor activities to generate fresh and relevant content ideas.
Support the marketing team in community engagement including responding to comments DMs and online conversations.
Measure and report on the performance of content to optimize reach and impact.

Requirements

Currently serving as a NYSC Corp Member (preferably with PPA posting flexibility in Lagos).
Degree in Communications Marketing English Journalism Media or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Strong writing storytelling and editing skills.
Familiarity with social media platforms and trends.
Basic design or video editing skills (Canva CapCut Adobe tools or similar) is an added advantage.
Creativity attention to detail and ability to work independently and in a team.
Passion for education technology and storytelling.
