You wont be writing fluffy brand content or chasing vanity metrics. Youll be crafting narratives that connect Raydas revolutionary AI IT platform to the daily frustrations budget pressures and strategic challenges our buyers face. Your words will help founders see the hours theyre losing to password resets. Theyll help CFOs calculate what $100K in IT staff actually costs. Theyll help IT managers envision a world where their team focuses on innovation instead of my laptop is slow tickets.
This isnt about product features. Its about the relief of not being woken up at 3 AM for a server issue. Its about the confidence of knowing your 10-person startup has enterprise-grade security. Its about reclaiming your Saturday from setting up a new hires laptop.
Youll be responsible for:
- Writing content that sells by telling truth Blog posts case studies landing pages email campaigns and sales collateral that speak directly to the pain points of CIOs founders IT managers and CFOs
- Owning our content strategy From ideation to execution youll develop content themes that align with our sales cycles and actually move the needle on pipeline
- Crafting founder-led thought leadership Ghostwriting LinkedIn posts articles and presentations that position our leadership as pioneers in the AI employee space
- Building customer narratives Interviewing customers and translating their experiences into compelling success stories and testimonials
- Supporting sales enablement Creating one-pagers pitch decks objection handlers and email sequences that help our team close deals
- Channeling our brand voice Ensuring everything we publish is professional but approachable confident without arrogance empathetic to real business problems

Requirements
- 2-4 years of B2B content marketing or communications experience preferably in SaaS tech or professional services
- Portfolio demonstrating crisp compelling business writing (no creative fiction samples)
- Proven ability to interview subject matter experts and customers to extract compelling stories
- Experience writing for technical and business audiences (IT leaders executives founders)
- Strong understanding of B2B buying journeys and contents role in pipeline generation
- Self-starter mentality with excellent project management skills
Nice to have:
- Experience in early-stage startups or high-growth environments
- Background in IT enterprise software or AI/automation space
- Understanding of SEO and content distribution best practices
