CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT
Our client is looking for Customer Service Agents. The Main Objective of this role will be to co-ordinate and communicate with customers to achieve the objective of the organizations.
Responsibilities:
The customer Service Agent will work closely with customers to communicate and co-ordinate work related activities in order to achieve the companys objectives. You will also be required to build trust and relationships with customers to ensure customer retention. You will be required to keep accurate records as well as investigate and resolve any complaints.
Please note that selected candidates will undergo a training for one week before commencing their duties.
Requirements
Required Qualifications and Competencies:
Bachelors Degree in any business-related field
Proficiency in Computer
1 years experience
30 WPM typing speed
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and in Kiswahili
Knowledge of Computer skills
Negotiation and conflict resolution
Ability to work under pressure and independently
Ability to work in shifts
