About This Role:
We are a leading player in Kenyas commercial baking and food manufacturing sector known for delivering freshly baked goods to a wide network of customers across the country. Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone email and social media.
- Manage customer orders invoices by Ensuring accuracy and timely fulfilment.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and escalate issues where necessary
- Maintain an updated customer database and truck customer interaction
- Support marketing and sales initiatives including promotion and customer outreach
- Liaise with production and delivery teams to ensure customer needs are met.
- Collect and report customer feedback for continuous improvements.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelors degree in business management /Administration marketing or
related field
- At least 3 years of experience in customer service. preferably in FMCG food and or
retail industry
- Proficiency in MS office and basic CRM systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Kiswahili
