We are seeking a highly driven Growth Associate to join our ambitious team. This role is ideal for someone who is driven by reaching goals and building customer relations and is passionate about making a change in the fin-tech sector.
You will be responsible for growing online member activity at SACCOs using Kwara working both with the SACCOs (B2B) as well as taking actions directly aimed at the SACCO members (B2B2C). The value of the features that are member-facing has been proven and now its your responsibility to grow the adoption of those features as rapidly as possible. If this is successful the companys revenue from member activity can far outgrow the revenue from SaaS fees and hence this work is one of the key pillars of the companys strategy for the next couple of years.
On a daily basis you will:
Chase your targets
Build trusted relationships with clients both at SACCO staff as well as board level
Pitch the member-facing features and get the SACCOs buy-in to launch them
Negotiate fees for the member-facing features and get contracts signed
Develop strategies to increase member adoption of the launched features
Analyze the impact of your actions on the targets
Engage with the Kwara Customer Success and Product teams to ensure the best possible value delivery to our customers
Requirements

Our interviews and case studies are designed to test you actively for this. You should only apply if you are ready for an intense interview process including a take-home assessment and an in-person session at the Kwara House in Lavington which requires preparation role play and active engagement with our Managing Director and COO.

Bachelors degree
At least 4 years of work experience
Strong data analysis skills
Intrinsic desire to learn about SACCOs and fin-tech
Excellent verbal and written communication skills English and Swahili
Ability to multi-task organize and consistently deliver high-quality work
