Senior IT Lead

• Lead and manage a team of software engineers providing technical direction and guidance for development projects
  
  Oversee technical project plans and timelines ensuring projects are completed on time and on budget
  
  Work closely with other departments such as product management customer support and marketing to ensure all technical requirements are met
  
  Provide technical expertise and guidance to ensure quality standards are met
  
  Research evaluate and recommend new technologies processes and tools to enhance development capabilities
  
  Analyze customer requirements and develop technical solutions to meet customer needs

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in IT lead in business or consulting company
  
• 5 years of experience in software development and technical leadership
  
• 3 years of experiences in insurance or banking industry
  
• Experience in IT strategy and IT cost management.
  
• Demonstrated knowledge of software development methodologies and techniques
  
• Strong analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
  
• Able to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
  
• Strong organizational and project management skills
  
• Experience with working as part of a global team Agile development various development tools (VS Code Postman JIRA Confluence GitHub etc.)
  
• Language Skills: English Japanese (JLPT N2)
