ROLE PURPOSE
- Implement the strategy for the assigned leafy vegetable crops in the designated territory
- Act as the Product Marketing interface to the Territory Brand & Customer Manager
- Is the recognized local authority on product & market knowledge for the Leafy crops
- Drives the achievement of the commercial (sales & profit) ambition in close collaboration with the Commercial Units (CUs)
- Leads the Territory Crop Platforms and the Campaign planning in collaboration with Customer Experience Specialist for the assigned crops.
- Manages the interface amongst supply marketing and sales
Qualifications :
KNOWLEDGE EXPERIENCE & CAPABILITIES
Critical experience and knowledge
- 5 years of Vegetables Seeds business and/or marketing experience
- Profound knowledge of the Vegetables Seeds market and customer needs
- Good English language proficiency
