The opportunity

For our Grid Connection and Transformers Service Unit based in Monselice/Milan we are looking for a HSE Specialist.

How youll make an impact

• Develop and implement policies and practices to identify/mitigate hazardous conditions within the workplace.

• Identify potential workplace hazards unsafe equipment work practices and working conditions.

• Investigate accidents and liaising with engineers management and health and safety regulatory authorities to identify causes of accidents and prevent their recurrence.

• Provide advice and training on safety protocols.

• Conduct audits and inspections on site to ensure compliance with organization and government standards related to employee health and safety and to environmental conditions.

• Maintain and analyze records of workplace injuries illness and absences to identify areas of concern and provide information required by regulatory agencies.

• Conduct risk assessments.

Your background

• Bachelors degree in Engineering or related to HSE field.

• Previous work experience (2-3 years) in HSE management

• Interest for the industrial field.

• Proactivity attention to details and good communication skills

• You are fluent in Italian and English both oral and written.
