Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to lead our efforts in acquiring and managing large-scale enterprise clients. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in B2B sales especially within complex sales cycles and high-value contracts. This role involves lead generation relationship building at the C-level and driving revenue growth across key accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to acquire new enterprise clients and expand existing relationships.
  • Responsible for Lead generation conversion and final closure.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Build and maintain strong long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at the executive level.
  • Collaborate with marketing product and customer success teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that clearly articulate the value proposition.
  • Accurately forecast sales performance and achieve/exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Monitor industry trends competitive landscape and customer feedback to inform strategy and product development.
  • Mentor and support junior sales staff (if applicable).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • 8 10 years of enterprise/B2B sales experience preferably in SaaS / Technology / Consulting / relevant industry.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of complex sales cycles and solution selling methodologies (e.g. MEDDIC Challenger SPIN).
  • Exceptional communication negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Experience using CRM software (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) and sales enablement tools.
  • Ability to travel as required (10 30% depending on the role).
