Job Summary:
We are hiring a Digital Marketing Counselor with experience in student counseling preferably at a digital marketing institute. The role involves engaging with leads guiding them on course options and converting them into admissions.
Responsibilities:
Handle outbound calls WhatsApp and email inquiries
Counsel students on digital marketing programs
Follow up and convert leads to admissions
Maintain inquiry records and coordinate onboarding
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of counseling/tele-counseling experience
Strong communication and persuasive skills
Basic knowledge of digital marketing courses
Target-oriented and proactive
