Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements for open positions.
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify top technical talent (e.g. software engineers QA DevOps data scientists).
- Use job boards LinkedIn social media networking events and referrals to source candidates.
- Screen resumes conduct initial interviews and assess candidates technical fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and technical teams.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future roles.
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle from job posting to offer negotiation.
- Track recruitment metrics and prepare weekly/monthly hiring reports.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience at every stage of the hiring process.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
- 2 5 years of technical recruitment experience (IT staffing or in-house recruitment).
- Strong understanding of technical skills and IT job roles (programming languages frameworks tools).
- Experience with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter GitHub Stack Overflow etc.).
- Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced target-driven environment.
- Proficient with ATS and recruitment CRM software.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting for both IT product and service companies.
- Knowledge of Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques.
- Prior experience in staffing/consulting environment.
