Job Description
- Identify onboard and strengthen partnerships with industries corporates and sector bodies to enhance placement opportunities for students.
- Build strategic alliances that align with Medha s program goals and create long-term value for stakeholders.
- Maintain strong trust-based relationships with employers industry associations and government skill departments.
- Establish and maintain a state wise database for industry and organize corporate roundtable and industry meets.
- Act as the primary point of contact for industry partners ensuring smooth communication and timely resolution of queries.
- Map employment trends and skill requirements across sectors to align program offerings with industry needs.
- Drive initiatives that connect Medha s alumni and program graduates with relevant job openings internships and projects.
- Work closely with the System Adoption Programs and M&E teams to integrate industry feedback into program design.
- Facilitate partner visits industry immersion sessions and employer engagement events in collaboration with field teams.
- Monitor placement outcomes maintain partner databases and prepare high-quality reports for leadership and funders.
- Leverage data insights to refine industry engagement strategies and improve partner satisfaction.
- 5 years of experience in industry partnerships corporate relations or placement roles - preferably in the education or skilling sector.
- Proven ability to build and sustain partnerships with senior stakeholders across industry and government.
- Strong understanding of labor market trends recruitment practices and sector-specific skill requirements.
- Excellent communication networking and negotiation skills.
- Proactive data-driven and outcome-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced multi-stakeholder environment.
