1. Recruitment & Onboarding
Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through various job portals and social media.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with relevant stakeholders.
Conduct reference checks and support offer rollout.
Manage the end-to-end onboarding process and induction programs.
2. HR Operations
Maintain and update employee records in the HRMS.
Prepare HR-related letters (offer letters experience letters etc.).
Track employee attendance leaves and coordinate with payroll for accurate inputs.
3. Employee Engagement
Support in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives.
Assist with organizing team-building activities and company events.
Collect and analyze employee feedback for continuous improvement.
Qualifications :
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
13 years of experience in an HR Generalist or Executive role.
Strong understanding of HR processes and labor laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office and HRIS tools.
