Job Description
Working with the state education department to manage the program in schools where the Mindspark program is being implemented
Coordinate implementation of the PAL solution (Mindspark Program) across government residential schools ensuring smooth delivery of infrastructure devices and software
Designing and facilitating capacity building workshops for teachers administrators and other stakeholders
Track implementation quality and usage data at the school level identify challenges and recommend improvements to enhance learning outcomes and program efficiency.
Prepare project progressreport on a monthly quarterly and annual basis for relevant stakeholders
Escalate queries issues and bugs to the respective team for accurate resolution and efficient implementation
Supervise/train field staff and coordinators to ensure regular updates school visits and consistent program implementation
Travel for program Implementation training and on ground support as and when required
Maintain clear and timely communication with government counterparts internal teams and funders ensuring accurate documentation of all processes decisions and outcomes.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of work experience in a government department/NGO/education sector
Understanding of Edtech/learning assessments/education sector/public policy in India
Prior experience in project management teacher training or government engagement is desirable
Good skills to provide training to small to medium groups
Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively
Data interpretation and data explanation skills
Project Implementation and Management Skills
Excellent networking skills to establish and maintain relationships with government and institutional stakeholders.
Must have good communication skills in Telugu and English
Comfortable with travel within Telangana
Essential Qualifications 12 15 years of progressive experience in large-scale, multi-location program management. At least 7 years in mid-to-senior leadership roles with direct team and strategy responsibility. Proven success in scaling programs from pilot to full implementation. Demonstrated experience in managing government partnerships and working across geographies. Strong stakeholder and donor engagement experience. Experience managing large teams (30+), building collaborative cultures, and driving outcomes. Fluency in English and Hindi (spoken and written). Locations: Bangalore / Ahmedabad / Delhi Comfortable with extensive travel across India even to remote regions. Preferred Qualifications Experience with state education programs, EdTech platforms, or government partnerships. Familiarity with India s education system and public sector dynamics. Exposure to impact measurement, data-driven decision making, and evidence-based program improvement. Experience with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, JIRA). Fluency in a regional language is a plus.
