Job Description
We are hiring a Staff Nurse to lead a nursing home in Louth Ireland.
- Respect all relevant An Bord Altranais rules and regulations.
- Keep all documents and paperwork as mandated by the Directors of Nursing and the Registering Authority.
- Make sure that no confidential information obtained while doing ones duties is shared with outside parties.
- If you are unable to report for duty notify the D.O.N. or the Person in Charge as soon as possible. For instructions refer to the employee handbook.
- Make sure the nursing homes security is always maintained.
- Respect all company rules and guidelines within the allotted time frames.
- Make sure every piece of equipment is kept up to date and clean.
- Perform any additional duties that are logically given to you.
Requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Genuine interest in working with the relevant Client group.
- Current Registration with An Bord Altrainis.
- Team Player
- 1st level Nurse
- Desired:
- Experience / qualification in car for relevant Client category.
- Knowledge of HIQA Standards
- Previous supervisory experience
