We are hiring Clinical nurse Manager to a leading nursing home in Kilkenny.
Responsibilities
Supervise and assist in the delivery of high-quality nursing care in accordance with HIQA regulations and best practice standards.
Provide daily oversight guidance and support to the nursing and care staff to ensure effective team performance.
Monitor evaluate and continuously improve resident outcomes and clinical care processes.
Collaborate with residents and their families to develop and implement individualised person-centred care plans.
Promote staff development through performance management ongoing training and mentorship.
Participate actively in strategic planning quality improvement initiatives and internal audits to maintain excellence in care delivery.
Requirements
Must be registered on the live register of the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).
Minimum of 5 years post-registration experience as a Nurse.
Previous managerial or supervisory experience essential; at least 1 year of experience managing nurses in a residential care setting is desirable.
Demonstrated excellence in leadership organisational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently use initiative and motivate both self and team members.
Strong commitment to promoting teamwork and a positive working environment.
Flexibility to work seven shifts over a two-week period as part of the roster.
