RecruitNet International Ltd is hiring an Staff Nurse for a Nursing home in Co Meath Ireland.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Provide care that honors each residents uniqueness privacy and dignity.
- Assume the role of a Named Nurse while accurately maintaining all pertinent documents.
- Develop deep connections with residents relatives and guests by offering consolation and support when required especially during grieving.
- Keep accurate succinct and transparent records in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Ensure that all medications are administered stored and controlled in compliance with policy.
- Participate in inspection procedures and show that you understand and are aware of HIQA standards.
- Handle admissions in accordance with protocols making sure that all paperwork is finished.
- In order to guarantee continuity of care communicate with medical specialists about resident discharge.

- Initial registration level
- Enrolled in the live NMBI register.
- Outstanding communication organizing and leadership abilities.
- Strong ability to make decisions.
- Self-driven and capable of motivating others.
- A cooperative member of a team who can operate alone.
- Results-oriented and dedicated to providing high-quality care.
