We are hiring a Clinical Nurse Manager for a leading Nursing home in Dublin Ireland.
Responsibilities
Provide strong leadership and daily supervision to nursing and care teams ensuring the consistent delivery of safe high-quality person-centred care.
Coordinate and oversee the planning and implementation of resident activities that enhance wellbeing and quality of life.
Monitor compliance with HIQA standards organisational policies and best practice guidelines taking corrective action where necessary.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement clinical excellence and accountability within the care team.
Requirements
Must be registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).
Demonstrate excellent clinical leadership and organisational skills.
Possess strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
Exhibit sound judgement and effective decision-making skills.
Have relevant experience in the care of the elderly and a commitment to person-centred care.
