The Sales Manager will drive business growth by selling complex solutions including software and hardware to key clients. This role is critical in expanding market presence strengthening customer relationships and achieving revenue targets. The ideal candidate will leverage their industry expertise network and strategic sales approach to influence senior decision-makers and drive long-term business success.
Lead and manage key accounts building and maintaining strong relationships at the executive level.
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth and expand the market presence.
Generate and maintain a healthy pipeline providing accurate monthly forecasts and sales reports.
Analyse sales pipeline and provide recommendations to accelerate deal speed.
Meet and exceed sales targets through new business development and back-to-base selling.
Develop an in-depth understanding of market trends competitive landscape and customer needs to inform pricing and strategic planning.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery including marketing product development and customer success.
Provide insights and recommendations for marketing campaigns and public relations activities.
Maintain strict cost control in alignment with budgetary requirements.
Promote a sales-centric culture emphasising accountability transparency and efficiency.
Proven track record in sales leadership strategy and operations within a B2B environment and Solution-oriented selling focused on understanding and addressing customer needs.
8 years in business development and sales space.
A bachelor s degree in any field.
Experience in Public Transport.
Experience with the Challenger Sales Model is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to build and execute sales strategies that scale in a high-growth business.
Strong experience in enterprise sales engaging with C-suite executives and senior decision-makers.
Excellent networking and relationship-building skills with an existing professional network in Indonesia.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and provide strategic insights.
Self-motivated and proactive with a track record of driving initiatives independently.
Exceptional communication negotiation and presentation skills.
Strong customer service mindset ensuring a deep understanding of client needs and long-term partnerships.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment juggling multiple priorities effectively.
Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and business partners.
Proactive self-starter with a strong ability to work independently.
