Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and oversee valuation assignments feasibility studies and consulting projects with a focus on accuracy and quality
- Support the development of Colliers valuation services and contribute to fee generation
- Assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients and stakeholders
- Supervise junior team members and contribute to team development
- Manage client communication and engagement throughout the project lifecycle
- Collaborate with senior management on project planning and execution
- Contributes to the enhancement of internal processes and best practices
- Promote cross-functional services within Colliers
- Frequent travel between Hong Kong-China will be required
Qualifications :
- University degree holder program related to real estate
- CIREA qualification is required
- Member of RICS (Valuation) and/or HKIS (GP Division) with 610 years of post-qualification experience would be preferred
- Strong industry network in Hong Kong/China
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (verbal and written)
- Detail-oriented with strong report writing and analytical skills
- Committed to mentoring and developing junior staff
- Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel
