Salary: Up to 35000 DoE
Location: Nelson Lancashire
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30-17:00 (37.5 hours)
Key responsibilities:
- Data analysis and reporting.
- Workforce planning and optimisation.
- Compensation and benefits analysis.
- Employee engagement and retention analysis.
- HR systems and technology.
- Compliance and regulatory reporting.
- Ad-hoc projects and continuous improvement.
Qualifications :
- Working knowledge of a HR system such as Cascade or similar.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and the ability to work collaboratively with teams across the organisation.
- Knowledge of HR practices relevant employment law and compliance requirements.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
