Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced HR Coordinator to join our dynamic HR Shared Services team based in our Nottingham or Peterborough office.
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in delivering high-quality HR services to locations across the business in a fast-paced environment.
What we are looking for
As an HR Shared Services Coordinator you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support and ensuring the efficient delivery of HR services. This position requires strong organisational skills excellent communication abilities and a customer-focused approach to service delivery.

To succeed in this role
You should have previous experience with a HR Shared Services Team be proficient in MS Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and experience with HRIS or other HR technology platforms is desirable.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities.
