Job Description

Location: Seville Spain (On-site Avenida Repblica Argentina)
Employment Type: Full-time 6-month contract (with extension possibility)

Languages: Dutch (Native) English (C1)
Compensation: 21900 gross/year relocation support bonuses
What youll do:
Deliver excellent customer service via phone email and chat
Support clients with audio technology products
Troubleshoot issues and ensure customer satisfaction
Contribute to a positive multicultural work environment
What youll need:
Native Dutch English C1 proficiency
Previous customer service or tech support experience is a plus
Eligibility to work in Spain (NIE/European passport Spanish bank account NAF)
Willingness to relocate and work on-site in Seville
Whats on offer:
Start Date: Training begins June 2 2025 (contracted from day one)
Schedule: MonSun 10:0018:00 (alternating weekends)
Paid training: 4 weeks MonFri 9:0018:00
21900 gross/year (12 installments incl. language bonus)
Relocation package: up to 200 travel reimbursement (after 3 months)
Accommodation support: 300400/month (first 3 payrolls with proof of housing)
