About the Role
We re seeking a Sales Executive with strong experience in digital media advertising or SaaS sales ideally with deep knowledge of the Estonian market. You ll be responsible for converting warm leads into long-term clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored PR distribution solutions.

This is a great opportunity for a proactive closer who enjoys autonomy thrives in a remote-first environment and knows how to drive revenue in B2B sales.


What You ll Do
  • Drive the full sales cycle: from intro call to signed contract
  • Qualify and convert inbound prospects (alongside the Sales Team)
  • Run online and offline meetings with potential clients and tailor offers to their PR and content distribution goals
  • Negotiate and close deals handle objections and provide ongoing support during onboarding
  • Actively contribute to sales strategy and identify expansion opportunities within your region (Estonia and wider Europe)
  • Maintain clean CRM data and track all key interactions
  • Collaborate closely with your teammates to share best practices and deliver results


Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in online B2B sales (advertising SaaS or digital services)
  • Fluency in Estonian and strong business-level English; other languages are a plus
  • Proven ability to close deals independently and build long-term client relationships
  • Familiarity with the Estonian media and digital communications market
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working with CRMs prospecting tools and remote collaboration platforms
  • Hands-on mentality adaptability and curiosity about the media and marketing space
