We are hiring a Social Media Manager to lead and expand a brands online presence. This role is perfect for a highly creative and organized content creator who can manage multiple platforms engage audiences and deliver growth-focused strategies. Youll be responsible for building community engagement creating compelling content and executing campaigns that strengthen brand awareness and drive results. The role requires someone who is both creative and analytical with the ability to tell stories while tracking performance to optimize content and strategy.
Plan create and publish high-quality video and image content across social platforms.
Manage and grow brand presence on Facebook Instagram TikTok Pinterest and YouTube.
Engage with the community by responding to comments DMs and mentions in an authentic timely way.
Develop and execute social media campaigns to drive engagement traffic and conversions.
Track and analyze performance metrics preparing reports and actionable insights.
Collaborate with marketing design and product teams to ensure brand consistency.
Stay updated on social media trends platform updates and emerging tools.

Scheduling & Analytics: Later Meta Business Suite Google Analytics
Affiliate Marketing: Social Snowball
Design Tools: Adobe Creative Suite Adobe Illustrator Canva
Video Editing: Adobe Premiere Pro CapCut or similar
AI Tools: Claude and other AI platforms for content ideation and optimization
3-5 years of freelancing experience
Excellent written and verbal English communication (C1/C2 level)
Proven experience creating engaging video and image content for social media.
Strong graphic design skills (Adobe Illustrator Adobe Creative Suite Canva).
Skilled in video editing to produce captivating high-quality content.
Strong copywriting ability for compelling SEO-friendly captions and posts.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Outgoing and engaging personality with a natural flair for building online communities.
Experience in influencer marketing collaborations or related industries (fashion lifestyle healthcare etc.) is a plus.
Monday to Friday 9am-5pm US PST or AEST
