Job Summary
We are on the lookout for a Sourcing Specialist to join the Pandora Sourcing Team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.
Sourcing Specialist will support our procurement and sourcing operations across various indirect categories for Foodpanda Yemek and Foodora brands. This role involves identifying and qualifying suppliers managing RFx processes negotiating pricing and terms and helping ensure continuity and cost-efficiency in the supply chain. The idealcandidate is analytical organized and comfortable working in a dynamic cross-functional environment.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct/Assist in the sourcing process by:
- Conducting market research
- Identifying potential suppliers
- Preparing RFIs RFPs and RFQs
Evaluate supplier proposals negotiate pricing and recommend optimal sourcing solutions.
Build and maintain relationships with suppliers
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sourcing strategies with organizational goals
What you need to be successful
At least 3 years experience in sourcing processes
Experienced in supplier management contract management strategic sourcing and lease agreements and its clauses.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Working knowledge of SAP Ariba is an asset
Willingness and ability to adapt to a rapidly changing and high-growth environment.
