L quipe de talent et culture est la recherche d un.e au recrutement pour soutenir principalement l embauche du personnel de notre centre de distribution et du service la client le. Cette personne sera responsable de rencontrer les objectifs d embauche hebdomadaires tout en assurant une exp rience candidate exceptionnelle. Il s agit d une excellente opportunit pour quelqu un qui souhaite d buter sa carri re en ressources humaines.


Veuillez noter qu il s agit d un mandat temporaire de 6-8 semaines de septembre novembre 2025.


Ce que tu feras:

  • Responsable du processus d embauche complet de masse du centre de distribution et du service la client le;

  • Participez aux v nements de recrutement organis s au centre de distribution ;

  • Atteindre les objectifs d embauche hebdomadaires et mensuels;

  • Prendre en charge tout l aspect transactionnel/op rationnel du processus de recrutement (entrevues t l phoniques entrevues en pr sentiel suivis de candidature mise jour de dossiers etc.);

  • Proc der aux v rifications de cr dit et d ant c dent judiciaire pour les candidats choisis;

  • Participer d autres projets ressources humaines.


Ce que tu dois avoir:

  • DEC ou Baccalaur at en administration profil ressources humaines ou formation quivalente

  • Connaissances des normes du travail un atout

  • Exp rience en service la client le ou en ventes un atout

  • Bonne connaissance de la Suite Google (GMail Google Sheets)

  • Rigueur et sens aigu de l organisation

  • Excellentes aptitudes en communication en fran ais et en anglais tant l oral qu l crit;

  • Faire preuve de jugement d ouverture d autonomie et de pro-activit .






The Role

The People & Culture team is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to support the hiring of our Distribution Center and Customer Service staff ahead of our busiest and most exciting season of the year. This person will be responsible for meeting weekly hiring targets while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in human resources.

Please note that this is a temporary 6-8 week contract from September to November 2025.


What you will do

  • Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process of the distribution center and customer service staff;

  • Participate in recruitment events hosted at the distribution center;

  • Meet weekly and monthly hiring targets;

  • Oversee all transactional/operational aspects of the recruitment process (telephone interviews face-to-face interviews application follow-up file updates etc.);

  • Perform credit and criminal background checks on selected candidates;

  • Offer an unequaled candidate experience in the onboarding and integration of new employees;

  • Participate in other human resources projects as needed.


Who you are

DEC or Bachelors degree in administration with a human resources profile or equivalent training
  • Knowledge of labour standards an asset

  • Experience in customer service or sales an asset

  • Good knowledge of Google Suite (GMail Google Sheets)

  • Rigorous and highly organized

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English;

  • Demonstrate good judgment openness autonomy and pro-activity.

Basic proficiency in French is imperative for all positions given our operating context in Quebec.
