Job Description

This is a remote position.

We are a fast-growing SEO & digital marketing agency working with clients worldwide. We are seeking a Project Manager & Sales Coordinator to manage client projects streamline sales processes and ensure smooth collaboration between our sales and delivery teams.

This hybrid role requires strong organizational skills excellent communication and the ability to manage both project timelines and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

-Project Management

-Oversee project timelines deliverables and resources.

-Coordinate between internal teams and clients to ensure smooth execution.

-Track progress prepare reports and resolve issues proactively.

-Sales Coordination

-Support the sales team with lead tracking proposal follow-ups and client onboarding.

-Assist in preparing presentations proposals and sales materials.

Requirements

-Proven experience as a Project Manager Sales Coordinator or similar role.

-Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

-Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).

-Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
