Job Summary

Job Purpose:

To manage and expand relationships with web aggregators and fintech partners driving sales

of life insurance products through these digital channels.

Key Accountabilities:

1. Sales Management:

o Drive the sales of ABSLI life insurance products through existing web

aggregator partners.

o Identify and onboard new fintech companies with a strong digital presence in

the industry who sell life insurance directly or indirectly.

2. Relationship Management:

o Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new partners

ensuring alignment with their business requirements.

o Engage continuously with partners to enhance their focus and mindshare on

ABSLI products.

3. Stakeholder Coordination:

o Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. product operations marketing) to ensure

seamless service delivery and support to partners.

o Coordinate with external stakeholders including web aggregators and fintech

companies to align strategic goals and achieve business objectives.

4. Market Research and Development:

o Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities

for growth and development in the web aggregator space.

o Provide insights and recommendations for new product development and

digital strategies.

Key Requirements:

1. Experience:

o Prior experience in the life insurance industry particularly in managing digital

sales channels or partnerships.

2. Skills and Competencies:

o Proficient in MS Office with strong analytical and reporting skills.

o Excellent relationship management skills with a proven track record of

managing key accounts.

o Strong communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to

influence and negotiate effectively.

o Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally and drive

results.

3. Education:

o Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
