Role Overview:
Were looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Account Manager to support our client success and performance marketing operations. You will work closely with senior account managers media buyers and the delivery team to ensure clients achieve strong ROI high satisfaction and consistent campaign performance. Candidates with experience in performance marketingespecially within the coaching consulting or info-product industrywill be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
Support day-to-day management of client accounts ensuring smooth communication and timely project delivery.
Monitor review and report on campaign performance across channels (Meta Google YouTube etc.).
Assist in creating client-ready performance dashboards summaries and optimization insights.
Coordinate with internal teams (creative copywriting media buying) to ensure deliverables align with client expectations.
Conduct research on market trends competitors and audience insights to contribute to campaign improvements.
Participate in strategy calls and contribute ideas on scaling campaigns or improving client retention.
Troubleshoot minor performance issues and escalate more complex challenges to the senior team.
Maintain accurate documentation client notes and SOPs.
Qualifications:
12 years of experience in performance marketing digital marketing or account management.
Experience working in the coaching consulting or e-learning industry is highly preferred.
Understanding of paid media metrics (CTR CPC ROAS CPA funnels etc.).
Strong communication skillsable to simplify complex data for clients.
Highly organized detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple accounts.
Proficiency with tools like Google Sheets CRM platforms project management tools (e.g. Asana ClickUp) and ad dashboards.
A proactive mindset with a desire to learn grow and contribute to a fast-paced organization.
