Job Summary

What are we looking for

Housekeeping Inspectors serving Hilton Brand hotels are always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role you should maintain the attitude behaviors skills and values that follow:

Students currently enrolled in a program in Ontarios colleges or universities that requires internship/co-op as part of the program hospitality preferred. Successful Intern will begin their internship from September 8th 2025 to December 12th 2025.

Strong organizational and analytic skills

An attention to details

Strong communication skills

A passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service

Previous experience in a housekeeping role is an asset

Proficiency preferred with computers and computer programs including Microsoft Office

Job Title: Room Inspector (3 Vacancies)

Working Hours per Week: 24

Type of Internship: Unpaid

A Housekeeping Inspector is responsible for inspecting designated guest rooms and/or public areas in the hotels continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

What will I be doing

As a Housekeeping Inspector you will be responsible inspecting designated guest rooms and/or public areas in the hotels continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Inspect rooms verify and report status and/or discrepancies of rooms and enter into property management system

Complete work orders as needed

Answer phone calls and respond to guests and team members inquiries accordingly

Inspect Housekeeping areas and report discrepancies to the Executive Housekeeper

Assign rooms to Room Attendants; update room status on the system

Respond to special guest requests in a timely friendly and efficient manner
