Full Stack Developer Intern

Skill Up Leader is a VC-backed startup from Switzerland Germany and Mexico is on a mission to build a groundbreaking AI leadership coach. Were combining years of leadership research business execution and state of the art technology to create a global SaaS company.

Our growing tech team currently includes a senior software engineer in Mexico the founder and three strategic tech advisors based in Switzerland and Germany. Were now seeking a motivated Full Stack Developer Internat least in the 3rd year of a bachelors or in a masters program at one of Mexicos top tech universitiesto join us remotely and contribute to building the MVP of our SaaS platform.

In this role youll work directly with our senior software engineer and take ownership of developing specific product features within well-defined sprints and requirements. For employment youll be contracted through our partner CodersLink.

Tasks

• Develop specific features of the MVP

Requirements

• Optimally some experience as a Full-Stack Developer and building SaaS MVPs
• Strong GitHub Co-Pilot skills
• Proficiency in or React Router (Remix) Typescript Tailwind CSS and Shadcn UI for front-end development
• Experience with Git & Github and optimally some experience with Github Actions
• Experience deploying applications on Vercel and AWS
• Experience with unit tests and integration tests
• Basic knowledge of relational and vector databases
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Quick learning skills
• Ability to work independently
• Fluent communication skills in English spoken and written
• Strong focus on protecting confidential information
