Were seeking a Global Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead marketing for CDS Globals product portfolio across the full customer subscription lifecycle. You will define and execute global go-to-market strategies conduct market and competitive research and translate complex subscription member management and billing capabilities into clear customer-first positioning and messaging. Partnering closely with cross-functional teams in the US and internationally youll drive alignment enable launches and serve as a storyteller and subject matter expert on our products and servicescontributing thought leadership across the enterprise. This highly visible role reports to the Marketing Director.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Develops and executes go-to-market strategies for new products and features within the global product portfolio including marketing briefs positioning and messaging naming and client-facing roadmaps and newsletters.
Ensures cross-functional alignment across product pricing and marketing teams to maintain a unified approach to product launches messaging and go-to-market execution.
Collaborates with peers solution engineers and marketers on cross-portfolio offerings and messaging.
Crafts compelling product narratives that address customer and market needs positioning CDS Global as a thought leader in the industry.
Produces high-impact external content across various mediums including thought leadership use cases and demos aligned with key buyer personas and tailored to different stages of the sales funnel.
Continually manage your product marketing portfolio across the product lifecycle ensuring success post-launch.
Trains sales teams and provides internal educational resources to support understanding and effective selling of the product portfolio.
Contributes to key CDS Global initiatives and events like product launches and client meetings.
Tracks and reports on key product and marketing KPIs to measure success and guide future strategies.
Serves as subject matter expert in CDS Globals product and service offerings.
ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

KEY MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience in product management marketing communications journalism public relations or relevant field.
Proven B2B/SaaS product marketer with ten or more years of experience in developing breakthrough product positioning and go-to-market strategies that drive successful marketing execution in fast-growth environments.
Deep industry knowledge of marketing and advertising industry with the ability to simplify and translate complex concepts into clear compelling marketing content.
Product marketing expertise with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives and campaigns simultaneously.
Customer-centric approach with a deep understanding of buyer personas customer journeys and effective value communication at each stage of the funnel.
Experienced in working closely with product management sales and marketing teams to drive sales enablement and marketing execution.
Strong business acumen with the ability to understand critical customer challenges and translate product capabilities into meaningful business value.
Excellent time management organizational and prioritization skills. Proven ability to be proactive hardworking and motivated. Excellent work ethic.
Highly collaborative team player comfortable in fast-paced dynamic environments.
Experience interfacing with a global team.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
