Job Title: Warehouse Coordinator
Job Summary:
The position coordinates the installation repair shipping disposal inventory etc. of furniture for the client account. Receive orders for furniture requests and ensure timely completion. This may include furniture moves or office configurations staging pallets vacating warehouses seasonal setups/breakdowns for organizational events and working with non-profits to ensure used furniture is repurposed in the community.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure furniture/materials are shipped to other mills across the client portfolio
Keep proper inventory of all furniture
Set up for organizational events and coordinate breakdown of furniture and sets at the conclusion.
Coordinating the removal of old furniture from site including working with non-profit companies to repurpose usable assets.

Qualifications:
Education
HS Diploma
Business Experience
5 years
Licenses/Certifications
Ability to operate a Forklift
Computer Skills
Basic computer skills using Microsoft Office including proficiency in Excel Word and PowerPoint.

English
Written and Oral Communication Skills
Ability to read and comprehend instructions including but not limited to safety policies and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in individual and small group situations. Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with both management and field level employees.

Physical demands:
Walking standing climbing stairs and climbing ladders. The individual must regularly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds at higher than chest level and be able to tolerate adverse rooftop working conditions due to climate and tolerate extreme temperature changes.
