Job Description
Job Title: Inventory & Warehouse Operations Analyst
Location: Arlington TX (Onsite)

Role Overview:
We are seeking an Inventory & Warehouse Operations Analyst to manage and optimize daily warehouse operations with a strong focus on inventory accuracy process efficiency and warehouse management system (WMS) support. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can bridge the gap between operational execution and system optimization ensuring smooth material flow and accurate stock management.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee inventory control activities including cycle counts stock reconciliation and discrepancy resolution.
Support warehouse operations ensuring goods are received stored and shipped efficiently.
Monitor and maintain WMS functionality to align with operational needs.
Analyze inventory and warehouse data to identify inefficiencies and drive process improvements.
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards (SQL or similar tools) to track KPIs such as stock accuracy order fulfillment and throughput.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations IT supply chain logistics) to ensure warehouse goals are met.
Provide training and support warehouse staff on inventory and system best practices.
Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse and inventory processes.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies safety regulations and operational standards.
Required Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree in supply chain Logistics Business IT or related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience:
o 2-3 years in inventory management warehouse operations or logistics (required).
o Familiarity with WMS platforms and operational workflows (preferred).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail.
Proficiency in SQL Excel or reporting tools to support data-driven decision-making.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
