Job Title: Move/Add/Change Manager
Job Summary:
The Move/Add/Change Manager (MACM) supports the needs of the client end users at the buildings assigned and ensures the service level standards are met by the vendors supporting these buildings. Support could be provided as a project manager for office and furniture moves misc. projects and events identified for the assigned some instances the MACM will also be the liaison between the client end users and the EMCOR maintenance teammates and vendors to coordinate solutions to the client end user problems and requests. This could include creating work orders POs managing financial performance and auditing vendor performance. The MACM will work closely with the FM to ensure customer satisfaction and program goals are met. The MACM will also assist with maintaining warehouse efficiency and movement of equipment/items in and out of facility. Assist client and process loading/unloading and paperwork of any sales of equipment. Assist client is aspects of equipment sales.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage Projects Space planning and Office/Furniture moves (Including basic computer disconnect and reconnect)
Attend regular meetings with facilities staff to ensure all work requests and small projects are on schedule and nothing is missed
Communicate with K-C leadership and End Users to ensure approved requests and needs are met. This would include working with EMCOR Maintenance team and vendors to ensure work is communicated tracked and completed properly. Creating Work Orders POs and managing the financial budgets and performance of the work could also be required.
Execute any other tasks and processes assigned by EMCOR leadership
Qualifications:
Education
Bachelors Degree in relevant technical field (such as Architecture Interior Design or relevant field) or equivalent combination of education and experience bachelors degree
Business Experience
Minimum of 10 years experience managing projects. Interior Design construction management related work a plus.
Licenses/Certifications
Valid state drivers license required
PMP Certification or 10 years related experience and willingness to acquire PMP required
Interior Design Architecture or LEED certifications a plus
OSHA 10 hour and/or 30 Hour card
Computer Skills
Basic computer skills using Microsoft Office.

Ability to read and comprehend instructions including but not limited to safety policies and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in individual and small group situations. Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with both management and field level employees.

Physical demands:
Walking standing climbing stairs and climbing ladders. Regularly lift and/or move up to 30 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Work conditions:
Office environment with minimal noise level Exterior environment including extreme temperatures and humidity Manufacturing/Industrial environment that could be dusty/dirty with extreme temperatures noise dust and debris. Overnight travel could be required and driven by initiatives performance and status of the program.
